I wanted to drop a quick ‘recipe’ in here for my favorite new protein shake. I use this mostly as post-workout recovery, but it’s also a delicious avenue to get some extra clean protein and fat into your diet. For me (a currently non-keto guy), I really enjoy the consistency and flavor of the frozen banana and how it all comes together into a chocolate-banana-nut party.
Choco-Nut Butter Shake Recipe
1/2 Frozen Banana (for a thicker shake or less carbs, use ice cubes)
1 Cup Water and/or coconut milk (or equivalent)
1/2 Scoop Equip Complete Collagen
1 Scoop Equip Prime Protein Chocolate
1 Tbsp Perfect Keto Nut Butter
Blend together in your favorite apparatus! For simple jobs like this, mine is the Nutri Ninja Pro.
