This post is part of a series I call “The 2 Minute Fix” which will be short videos to teach people easy self-care solutions to common movement faults.

The Problem
Many people struggle with chronic sciatica, lower back pain and hamstring “tightness.” Often times the culprit is sciatic nerve tension. When the nerve doesn’t slide properly it causes problems. This video offers a solution!

The Fix: Sciatic Nerve Flossing
Make sure to follow the proper sequence for best results. Don’t push through pain. This mobilization can be a little uncomfortable, but if you’re experiencing an increase in pain, consult a trusted physician asap.

Dr. Scott
