Here I demonstrate a logical progression to improve squat mechanics and include variations on the squat to keep things interesting.
Start at the beginning of the video and follow the progression and prescriptions noted. When you get to a move you can’t complete, stop. Try this 2x/week for a month and keep working up until you have solid squat mechanics!

3. Box / Bench Squats
4. Plate Squat
5. Goblet Sqaut
6. Body Weight
