The Problem:

Forward rounding of the upper back and neck, forward rounded shoulders and pain at the base of the neck and trapezius region. This is common in desk workers and really anyone in modern society.

The Fix:

These banded scapular retraction drills are popular for strengthening the posterior shoulder and do well to help offset the forward rounding of the shoulders that can lead to a lot of painful disorders in the neck and upper back. Watch the video for details!

Prescription:
